Shipping & Returns
We use Royal Mail and Hermes to ship items. We are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom and the USA. Postage is a flat rate of £3.00 to UK and £20 to the USA currently however this is subject to change.
Items are usually dispatched within 5 working days.
We can offer contactless collection from Earls Barton which is free. This must be arranged prior to collection, this is not a shop location.
When posted we use as much packaging as possible to ensure your wax will reach you in perfect condition however due to the nature of the shape it may snap in transit. This will not affect the use of the snap bar and therefore we are unable to offer refunds in these cases. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Non personalised items can be returned in a saleable condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods that you wish to return. Buyer must pay return postage and send via a tracked method.
If you wish to return an item please notify us via email beforehand. info[@]hlwaxmelts.com. Items should be posted to 3 Whitworth Crescent, Earls Barton, Northamptonshire, NN6 0LR.
For health and safety reasons items that have been opened cannot be returned. If you experience any problem with an item please contact us.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the items back.
